5 Year Limited Warranty - USA

While every MagnoGrip R.E.D Base product is built for the toughest jobs on earth , it is important to use MagnoGrip R.E.D Base products appropriately.

If within five years from date of purchase, this MagnoGrip R.E.D Base product fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship, please submit a Warranty Claim form for replacement with an item of equal or greater value. All warranty claims must include a receipt indicating proof of purchase, confirmation of product registration and images of the damaged or defective product.

All MagnoGrip R.E.D Base products are protected by our 5 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY to the original purchaser against defects in material or workmanship. Normal wear and tear and conditions resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, alteration or improper care or maintenance voids the 5 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY. This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of any other express warranty of any kind.

In order to activate the 5 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY, the item must be registered within 15 days of purchase.

Warranty is not transferable.
